This service is free to purchasers who introduce a miniumum
of 100 new suppliers or manage set up online.
We can send a member of our team to help you set up the system, with
the access priviledges. If you introduce more than 100 customers this
is chargeable pro-rata up to £5,000.
You will ultimately be able to select your shopping list from your
registered suppliers according to your budget, and allow your staff
to purchase items from that list.

You'll then be able to click on any elements you want to change and
make any alterations you like, including admin rights. Changes will
appear within five to ten minutes.
You will also be able to register your various employees and assign
rights to them so you can restrict them or allow access to change
details as they wish.
When you register with us, you identify yourself as its primary contact
by means of your username and password. These are unique to you. You
can nominate others to act on your behalf, each with their own unique
username and password.

a secure server like this one and a Merchant Agreement with Barclays
